往過過年時仔人客來行春的時，攏會攢寡四秀仔請人客食甜甜，生仁（sing-jîn）定著是其中一項。內底包塗豆，外口爿是白的抑是紅的糖粉，食著甜甜脆脆。消失的台灣傳統，予人懷念的滋味。
